Stages of domain expiration
- 30 days after completion: pre-deletion stage.
- The domain can be renewed only 30 days before the expiration date.
- Expiry day: The domain and any services associated with it stop working.
- If no request is submitted in the auctions, the domain enters the pre-deletion stage.
- 71 days after completion: The domain will be deleted and made available for reservation again for anyone.
- 15 days after completion: If requests for the domain are received in the auctions, you will lose the domain and the highest bid price will win it.
- 7 days after completion: The domain can be renewed during which the domain can return to operation without additional fees. During this period, the domain is also displayed in auctions.
The customer has the right to cancel the order and recover the amount paid within a maximum period of 15 days from the date of the order. The domain price is non-refundable: Therefore, if the request includes a domain (registration or transfer), the full value of the domain is deducted from the amount and the remainder is refunded (even if the offer is a free domain or a discount on the domain price, the domain price is calculated without a discount).
After 6 days have passed, hosting will be temporarily suspended
If the hosting is not renewed within 30 days of completion, the hosting will be permanently stopped and all its files will be deleted and cannot be recovered after that.
