Companies inside Egypt: Commercial registry, tax card, and trademark certificate bearing the same name as the domain to be registered
Companies outside Egypt: may obtain a trademark for the name to be registered, provided that the trademark must be registered within Egypt or be registered internationally in accordance with the Madrid Trademark Agreement with WIPO, and the company has a representative or agent inside Egypt.

Government universities and institutes: The decision to establish a university or institute.
Private and private universities: The decision to establish the university provided that it is one of the universities included in one of the recognized lists issued by the Ministry of Higher Education or the Supreme Council of Universities. In the event that the establishment decision is not issued, the matter requires the approval of the Secretary of the Supreme Council of Universities for registration.
Educational entities, bodies, or centers: A letter is required from the governmental ministry to which it is affiliated, stamped with the eagle stamp, stating the establishment of this entity under
The Ministry’s umbrella for educational or research purposes.
Private institutes and colleges: The decision to establish the institute or academy, provided that it is one of the institutes or academies of universities listed on one of the recognized lists issued by the Ministry of Higher Education or the Supreme Council of Universities.
Public, private and international schools: The decision to establish the school is issued by the Ministry of Education or a decision by the Ministry to teach international curricula such as American or British
Entities working in the research and scientific sector: An approved document stating that the entity is affiliated with the Ministry of Higher Education and the State for Scientific Research or one of its affiliated entities or bodies.
