Terms and conditions for using EngHosting services

Dear customer, to ensure transparency and credibility, the terms of use are displayed on this page. By ordering any of our services, you are considered to have agreed to these terms and conditions.

Prohibited Uses

  • Sending messages including advertisements, marketing emails, bulk messages, offers, newsletters, introductory messages, or any content sent to multiple email addresses or messages with different content. We recommend using external services for this type of sending.
  • Using forum scripts or Cron jobs to collect news, articles, or any content from other websites, RSS links, or similar sources.
  • Abusing server resources, whether through website code, a high number of visitors, or any other reason.
  • Impersonating companies or organizations, using their logos, or publishing copyrighted content.
  • Sending unwanted messages or using code that causes excessive server resource consumption.
  • Creating random, temporary, or fake email addresses.

Domain Expiration Stages

30 days after expiration: pre-deletion stage. The domain can only be renewed during the 30 days before its expiration date.

On the expiration day: the domain and any services connected to it will stop working. The domain renewal price may vary depending on the currency exchange rate and the renewal cost from the provider. If no offers are submitted in auctions, the domain enters the pre-deletion stage.

15 days after expiration: the domain will be deleted and made available for registration again by anyone.

7 days after expiration: the domain can be renewed during this period and restored without additional fees. During this time, the domain may also be listed in auctions.

Refund Policy

The customer has the right to cancel a server or reseller subscription request and receive a refund after deducting license fees and setup fees, within a maximum period from the order date for annual subscriptions. For monthly subscriptions, the request must not exceed 24 hours from the order time.

The customer has the right to request a refund for shared hosting within a maximum of 72 hours from the order date, after deducting domain fees if applicable.

Domain fees are non-refundable. Therefore, if the order includes a domain, whether registration or transfer, the full domain fee will be deducted from the paid amount, and only the remaining balance will be refunded, even if the offer included a free or discounted domain. The domain price will be calculated without applying any discount.

Package Policies

  • Standard packages: when website resource usage increases, it becomes necessary to upgrade to a Virtual Private Server (VPS) or a dedicated server.

Regarding Resource Overuse

  • If resources are exceeded, whether on shared hosting, reseller hosting, or servers, the customer will be notified that a package upgrade is required. The customer must take the appropriate action as soon as possible to avoid service suspension.

Service Suspension Stages

  • After 12:00 AM on the same day the hosting period expires, the hosting service will be temporarily suspended.
  • If the hosting service is not renewed within 5 days from the expiration date, the hosting service will be permanently suspended and all associated files will be deleted. These files cannot be restored afterward.

VPS Server Policy

  • If VPS server fees are not paid, the server will be suspended 24 hours after the payment due date.
  • Daily late fees will be applied to the account starting from the suspension date until all due amounts are paid in full.
  • If payment is not made within 48 hours after suspension, the server will enter the permanent deletion stage.
  • An exception may be made if the customer requests a payment extension and it is approved by management only. If approval is not granted, the server will be permanently deleted.

Email Hosting and Reseller Hosting Services

  • The same hosting expiration policy applies to email hosting services and reseller hosting services.
  • If the data is still available on our servers after the suspension period and the customer requests recovery, additional fees will be added based on the amount of data requested.

Customer Responsibility for Hosted Servers

Servers hosted with our company are fully the customer's responsibility regarding internal data, software, and configurations. The company does not bear any responsibility for the content of the data or software installed on the servers, or for any modifications made to them.

In addition, security and backup responsibility is fully the customer's responsibility. The customer must take regular backups of their data to ensure it is not lost, especially if they are not subscribed to one of our backup packages.

Our services are limited to providing the best performance and operational continuity for the website or server only, in addition to assistance in simple cases related to technical performance. As a service provider, we do not bear responsibility for any failures or data loss if the customer has not taken the necessary precautions.

If any report of a violation of laws or usage policies is received, immediate and firm action will be taken to protect all parties in accordance with applicable laws.

If an issue occurs from the data center side related to the network or hardware, we will attempt to provide an alternative server as soon as possible. However, the customer is not entitled to request any financial compensation for issues not caused by our company.

The Following Content or Anything Related to It Is Prohibited

  • Pornographic, immoral, or violence-inciting content.
  • Hacking, spying, fraud, or information gathering.
  • All malware, viruses, torrents, and proxies.
  • Pirated materials or content published without the owners' approval, including videos, audio files, books, and similar materials.
  • Chat, dating, or social networking scripts.
  • URL shorteners or tracking scripts.
  • Cryptocurrency or mining activities.
  • Content that violates Islamic Sharia or conflicts with heavenly religions or other sects.
  • Content that violates the laws of any country or local legislation.
  • Websites containing hate speech or racism.
  • Using the website for any fraudulent activities, deception, vote manipulation, or any illegal transaction or trade.
  • Landing pages, affiliate marketing, or advertising networks.
  • Coupon, discount, or offer websites.
  • Puzzle, survey, or gaming websites.
  • Websites may be hosted only if they maintain hosting speed and efficiency and have the necessary intellectual property licenses.
  • Video streaming. It is recommended to upload videos to platforms that support video, such as YouTube, and embed them on your website instead of uploading them directly to the server.
  • You may subscribe to live sports streaming websites and link them to your website.
  • You may subscribe to music, movie, match, or series websites and link them to your website only.
  • You may subscribe to file storage websites and link them to your website only.

The company reserves the right to modify these policies at any time, and you should review this page regularly to stay informed of any changes.
