Terms and conditions for using EngHosting services

Dear customer, to ensure transparency and credibility, our Terms of Use are displayed on this page. By ordering any of our services, you are considered to have agreed to these terms and conditions.

Prohibited Uses

  • Sending bulk, marketing, advertising, newsletter, or promotional emails, or any content sent to multiple email addresses without using a specialized and authorized email-sending system. We recommend using external services dedicated to this type of email delivery.
  • Sending spam emails or using any tools or scripts that may abuse email services or server resources.
  • Using forum scripts or Cron jobs to collect news, articles, or any content from other websites, RSS feeds, or similar sources.
  • Abusing server resources, whether through website code, high traffic, or any other reason.
  • Impersonating companies or organizations, using their logos, or publishing copyrighted content without authorization.
  • Creating random, temporary, fake, or disposable email addresses.

The Following Content or Anything Related to It Is Prohibited

  • Pornographic, immoral, or violence-inciting content.
  • Hacking, spying, fraud, phishing, or information gathering.
  • All types of malware, viruses, torrents, and proxies.
  • Pirated or unauthorized materials, such as videos, audio files, books, or any other copyrighted content.
  • Chat, dating, or social networking scripts.
  • URL shorteners or tracking scripts.
  • Cryptocurrency mining or related activities.
  • Content that violates the laws of any country or local regulations.
  • Websites containing hate speech, racism, or discriminatory content.
  • Using the website for fraudulent activities, deception, vote manipulation, or any illegal transaction or trade.
  • Landing pages, affiliate marketing, or ad network websites.
  • Coupon, discount, or deals websites.
  • Puzzle, survey, or gaming websites.

Content Exceptions and Special Conditions

  • Some types of content may be allowed provided that service speed and performance are maintained, server resources are not affected, and the customer holds the required intellectual property licenses.
  • The customer may subscribe to external services for music, movies, matches, or series and link them to their website only, provided that no illegal, unauthorized, or infringing content is hosted or distributed on our servers.

Resource Usage and Plan Upgrade Policy

  • When the website or service resource usage increases, upgrading to a VPS or dedicated server may become necessary depending on the level of usage.
  • If resources are exceeded, whether on shared hosting, reseller hosting, or servers, the customer will be notified that a plan upgrade is required. The customer must take the appropriate action as soon as possible to avoid service suspension.

Hosting Service Suspension Stages

  • After 12:00 AM on the same day the service period ends, the service will be temporarily suspended.
  • If the hosting service is not renewed within 5 days from the expiration date, the hosting service will be permanently suspended, and all related files will be deleted. These files cannot be restored after that.

VPS Server Policy

  • After 12:00 AM on the same day the service period ends, the VPS server will be temporarily suspended.
  • Daily late fees will be applied to the account starting from the suspension date until all outstanding amounts are fully paid.
  • If the VPS server is not renewed within 5 days from the expiration date, the server will be permanently suspended, and all related data and files will be deleted. These data and files cannot be restored after that.
  • An exception may be made if the customer requests a payment extension and it is approved by management only. If approval is not granted or payment is not completed within the allowed period, the server will be permanently deleted.

Email Services and Reseller Hosting

  • The same hosting suspension and expiration policy applies to email services and reseller hosting services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • After 12:00 AM on the same day the service period ends, email services or reseller hosting services will be temporarily suspended.
  • If the service is not renewed within 5 days from the expiration date, the service will be permanently suspended, and all related data, files, and emails will be deleted. These data cannot be restored after that.
  • If the data is still available on our servers after the suspension period and the customer requests restoration, additional fees may apply based on the amount of data and the nature of the required restoration process.

Customer Responsibility and Server Management Limits

  • Once the customer receives the server login details, the server becomes fully under the customer’s responsibility, including files, websites, internal settings, updates, security, and any changes made inside the server.
  • Servers hosted with our company are fully the customer’s responsibility regarding internal data, software, settings, and hosted content. The company is not responsible for the data content, installed software, or any modifications made to the server.
  • The basic service is limited to external server monitoring in terms of uptime and basic accessibility only. It does not include continuous internal inspection, server settings management, or regular review of files and websites.
  • If any issue occurs, the customer may contact our support team, and assistance will be provided within the limits of the subscribed service. Internal server management, regular monitoring, settings configuration, updates, or advanced security require a separate server management service subscription.
  • If the customer is not subscribed to a server management service, any internal issue within the server or hosted websites remains the customer’s responsibility and may be handled as additional support upon request, depending on the nature of the issue.
  • Server management services do not include fixing programming errors inside websites, editing source code, or developing new features. Such work is priced separately when required.
  • Security and backups are fully the customer’s responsibility. The customer must take regular backups of their data to avoid data loss, especially if they are not subscribed to one of our backup plans.
  • Our services are limited to providing the best possible performance and operational continuity for the website or server, in addition to assistance with simple technical performance-related cases. As a service provider, we are not responsible for any failures or data loss if the customer does not take the necessary precautions.
  • If any report is received regarding a violation of laws or usage policies, immediate and strict actions will be taken to protect all parties in accordance with applicable laws.
  • If an issue occurs from the data center side related to network or hardware, we will try to provide an alternative server as soon as possible. However, the customer has no right to request any financial compensation for issues not caused by our company.

Domain Expiration Stages

  • Before the domain expiration date, the customer may renew the domain during the available renewal period to avoid service interruption.
  • On the domain expiration date, the domain and any services connected to it will stop working. The domain renewal price may vary depending on the currency exchange rate and the renewal cost from the provider.
  • After 7 days from the expiration date, the domain may still be available for renewal without additional restoration fees, and it may also be listed in auctions depending on the domain provider’s policy.
  • After 15 days from the expiration date, the domain may be deleted and made available for registration again by anyone, depending on the domain provider’s policy.
  • After 30 days from the expiration date, the domain may enter the pre-deletion or restoration stage depending on the domain extension and provider policy, and restoring it may require additional fees if restoration is available.

Refund Policy

The customer has the right to cancel a server or reseller subscription request and receive a refund of the paid amount, after deducting license fees and setup fees, within a maximum of 48 hours from the order date for annual subscriptions. For monthly subscriptions, the request must not exceed 24 hours from the order time.

The customer has the right to request a refund for shared hosting within a maximum of 72 hours from the order date, after deducting domain fees if applicable.

Domain fees are non-refundable. Therefore, if the order includes a domain, whether registration or transfer, the full domain fee will be deducted from the amount, and only the remaining balance will be refunded, even if the offer included a free domain or discount. The domain price will be calculated without applying any discount.

The company reserves the right to modify these policies at any time. You must review this page regularly to stay informed of any changes.
