Prohibited Uses:
Sending messages (advertisements, marketing, bulk, offers, newsletters, introductory emails, or any content sent to multiple email addresses or messages with different content). For sending this type of message, it is recommended to use external services.
Using forum scripts or cron jobs to collect news, articles, or any content from other sites, RSS links, or others.
Misusing server resources, whether through codes within the site, a large number of visitors, or anything else.
Impersonating company or institution names, using their logos, or posting content protected by copyright.
Sending unsolicited messages or using codes that misuse server resources.
Creating random, temporary, or fake email addresses.
Domain Expiration Stages
30 days after expiration: Pre-deletion stage.
The domain can only be renewed within 30 days before its expiration date.
Expiration day: The domain and any associated services will stop functioning.
The renewal price of the domain varies depending on the currency exchange rate and the renewal value with the provider.
If no bids are placed in the auctions, the domain enters the pre-deletion stage.
15 days after expiration: The domain will be deleted and made available for registration again by anyone.
7 days after expiration: The domain can be renewed during this period and brought back into operation without additional fees. During this time, the domain is also displayed in auctions.
Refund Policy
The customer has the right to cancel the server or reseller subscription request and receive a refund of the paid amount, with a deduction for licenses and setup fees, within a maximum of 72 hours from the date of the request for annual subscriptions. For monthly subscriptions, the request must not exceed 24 hours from the time of the request.
The customer has the right to request a refund for shared hosting within a maximum of 72 hours from the date of the request, with a deduction for the domain fee, if applicable.
Domain fees are non-refundable: Therefore, if the request includes a domain (registration or transfer), the full domain fee will be deducted from the amount, and the remaining balance will be refunded (even if the offer includes a free domain or discount). The domain price will be calculated without any discount applied.
Package Policies
• Standard Packages: When the website’s resource consumption increases, it is necessary to upgrade to a VPS or Dedicated Server.
Regarding Exceeding Resources:
• If resources are exceeded, whether in shared hosting, reseller hosting, or servers, the customer will be notified of the need to upgrade the package. The customer must take the appropriate action as soon as possible to avoid service suspension.
Service Suspension Stages
• After 24 hours from the expiration of the hosting period, the hosting will be temporarily suspended.
• If the hosting is not renewed within 10 days from the expiration date, the hosting will be permanently suspended, and all associated files will be deleted. These files cannot be recovered afterward.
VPS Server Policy:
• If the VPS server fees are not paid, the server will be suspended 24 hours after the payment due date.
• Daily late fees will be applied to the account starting from the suspension date until the full payment of the outstanding fees.
• If payment is not made within 7 days of suspension, the server will enter the permanent deletion stage.
• An exception can be made if the customer requests an extension for payment and it is approved by the management only. If not approved, the server will be permanently deleted.
Email and Reseller Services:
• The same policy regarding the expiration of hosting applies to email and reseller services.
• If data still exists on our servers after the suspension period and the customer requests its recovery, additional fees will be added based on the amount of data requested.
Customer Responsibility for Hosted Servers
The servers hosted with our company are fully the responsibility of the customer regarding internal data, software, and configurations. The company does not bear any responsibility for the content of the data or the software installed on the servers, or for any modifications made to them.
Additionally, security and backups are entirely the customer’s responsibility. The customer must take regular backups of their data to ensure it is not lost, especially if they are not subscribed to one of our backup packages.
Our services are limited to providing the best performance and operational continuity for the website or server only, along with assistance in simple cases related to technical performance. As service providers, we do not bear responsibility for any malfunction or data loss if the customer has not taken the necessary precautions.
In case we receive any report of a violation of laws or usage policies, we will take immediate and firm action to protect all parties in accordance with applicable laws.
If there is an issue on the part of the data center related to the network or hardware, we will try to provide a replacement server as soon as possible. However, the customer is not entitled to request any financial compensation for issues that are not caused by our company.
Hosting the following content or anything related to it is prohibited:
Pornographic or unethical content or content that incites violence
Hacking or espionage. Fraud or information gathering
All software, viruses, torrents, and proxies
Pirated materials or those published without the consent of the owners (videos, audio, books, etc.)
Chat scripts/dating/social networking
Link shortening/scripts for tracking
Cryptocurrency or mining
Content that violates Islamic law or contradicts the heavenly religions or other sects
Content that violates the laws of any country or local legislation
Sites containing hate speech or racism
Using the site in any fraudulent activities, scams, manipulating voting results, or any illegal transaction or trade
Landing pages, affiliate marketing, or ad networks
Coupon/discount/deal sites
Puzzle/survey/game sites
Websites that are allowed to be hosted under conditions to maintain your hosting speed and efficiency, with the necessary licenses for intellectual property rights
Video streaming (it is recommended to upload videos on video-supported sites like YouTube and then embed them on your site, rather than uploading directly to the server)
You may subscribe to live broadcast sites for matches and link them to your site
You may subscribe to song, movie, match, or series sites and link them to your site only
You may subscribe to file storage sites and link them to your site only
