This page does not try to convince you that we suit everyone. It sets out what you actually get when you buy from EngHosting: who we are, which services exist and what the plan pages list for each, how you pay, how you reach support, and which policies define your responsibilities and ours. With that information you can decide whether we fit your project, or compare us with other providers on the same basis.
Who we are, briefly
EngHosting, Engineering Hosting in full and «الاستضافة الهندسية» in Arabic, is an Egyptian company that started operating in 2023. Its registration with the Egyptian Tax Authority carries tax registration number 756-859-638, and you will find the company details on our About Us page.
Services: which one fits which project?
| Service | Typical fit |
|---|---|
| Shared hosting | Company profile sites, blogs |
| WordPress hosting | WordPress sites |
| Reseller hosting | Agencies hosting clients |
| Linux and Windows VPS | Apps needing full control |
| Dedicated server | Heavy, isolated workloads |
| Business email | Mail on your own domain |
Here is what the plan pages list for each service, without carrying features over from one service to another:
- Shared hosting: cPanel, a free SSL certificate on every plan, a free daily backup from the Economy plan upwards (not on the Personal plan), and CloudLinux, Imunify360 and LiteSpeed from the Advanced plan upwards.
- WordPress hosting: separate plans from shared hosting. Their own plan cards list a free SSL certificate on every plan, a free daily backup from the Economy plan upwards, CloudLinux, Imunify360 and LiteSpeed from the Advanced plan upwards, and one-click WordPress installation.
- Reseller hosting: WHM with multiple cPanel accounts, free SSL, CloudLinux and Imunify360, LiteSpeed and daily backups.
- Linux VPS: full root access, NVMe storage, and Ubuntu, Debian, AlmaLinux or Rocky Linux. The entry plan has 2 GB RAM, 1 CPU core, 50 GB NVMe and 10 TB of monthly transfer; some plans carry a one-time setup fee.
- Windows VPS: full Administrator access, Remote Desktop (RDP) and NVMe storage.
- Dedicated servers: full server control and NVMe storage, with a choice of Linux or Windows operating systems.
- Business email: mail on your own domain with webmail and IMAP, POP3 and SMTP.
- Domains, certificates and add-ons: domain registration, DV, OV and EV SSL certificates, and extra services such as cPanel/WHM, LiteSpeed, CloudLinux, JetBackup, Imunify360, KernelCare, Plesk and DirectAdmin licences, plus annual backup storage plans.
One detail worth noting: the free SSL certificate appears on the shared, WordPress and reseller plan cards, the email plans mention SSL-secured connections, and the free certificate does not appear on the VPS or dedicated server cards. If your server needs a certificate, order one from the SSL certificates page.
Ordering and payment
You choose a plan on the service page, then follow your services and tickets in the client area. Prices are in Egyptian pounds and shown on each service page. You can pay by Vodafone Cash, InstaPay, bank transfer or bank card, and official invoices are available for companies and anyone else who needs one. See also paying for hosting with Vodafone Cash, InstaPay or bank transfer.
Support: which channel for which request?
- Support tickets: for technical problems with an active service, because a ticket keeps a written record of what you asked and what was done.
- Phone and WhatsApp: +201121552051, for quick pre-sales questions or when you need direct guidance.
- Email: sales@enghosting.com for purchases, plans, pricing and offers; support@enghosting.com for technical issues and existing customers, including invoices.
- Client area: to follow your services and tickets in one place.
Support is available in Arabic. To get a faster answer, include the domain, the service, exactly what happened and when it started, as explained in our guide to working with hosting support.
Policies to know before you order
- A delivered server is yours to run: under the acceptable use policy, everything inside a VPS or dedicated server after the login details are handed over, from files and settings to updates and protection, sits with the customer, and inside-the-server management is a separate paid service. If you have no one to run a server, shared, WordPress or reseller hosting will suit you better, or ask support about that management service.
- Backups are your responsibility too: you are expected to keep regular backups of your own data, above all if you have not subscribed to a backup plan. Even on plans that include daily backups, keep a copy off the server.
- Do not assume what the plan page does not state: if your project has a specific requirement, such as particular licensed software or a compliance need, ask support and get written confirmation before ordering.
Have this ready before you contact us
- The type of site or application: WordPress, an online store, a .NET system or something else.
- Where it is hosted now and roughly how large it is, if it already exists.
- How many mailboxes you need now and over the next year.
- Whether you need an invoice in your company's name.
- Whether someone can administer a server, if you are considering a VPS or dedicated server.
If you are comparing us with other providers, use our weighted scoring method for hosting providers and apply it to us just as strictly; for the wider context, see the guide to Egyptian hosting. When you are ready, contact us.
