    Domain fees are non-refundable:<\/strong> Therefore, if the request includes a domain (registration or transfer), the full domain fee will be deducted from the amount, and the remaining balance will be refunded (even if the offer includes a free domain or discount). The domain price will be calculated without any discount applied.<\/p>\n

    Package Policies<\/strong>
    \u2022 Standard Packages:<\/strong> When the website’s resource consumption increases, it is necessary to upgrade to a VPS or Dedicated Server.<\/p>\n

    Regarding Exceeding Resources:<\/strong>
    \u2022 If resources are exceeded, whether in shared hosting, reseller hosting, or servers, the customer will be notified of the need to upgrade the package. The customer must take the appropriate action as soon as possible to avoid service suspension.<\/p>\n

    Service Suspension Stages<\/strong>
    \u2022 After 24 hours from the expiration of the hosting period, the hosting will be temporarily suspended.
    \u2022 If the hosting is not renewed within 10 days from the expiration date, the hosting will be permanently suspended, and all associated files will be deleted. These files cannot be recovered afterward.<\/p>\n

    VPS Server Policy:<\/strong>
    \u2022 If the VPS server fees are not paid, the server will be suspended 24 hours after the payment due date.
    \u2022 Daily late fees will be applied to the account starting from the suspension date until the full payment of the outstanding fees.
    \u2022 If payment is not made within 7 days of suspension, the server will enter the permanent deletion stage.
    \u2022 An exception can be made if the customer requests an extension for payment and it is approved by the management only. If not approved, the server will be permanently deleted.<\/p>\n

    Email and Reseller Services:<\/strong>
    \u2022 The same policy regarding the expiration of hosting applies to email and reseller services.<\/p>\n

    \u2022 If data still exists on our servers after the suspension period and the customer requests its recovery, additional fees will be added based on the amount of data requested.<\/p>\n

    Customer Responsibility for Hosted Servers<\/strong>
    The servers hosted with our company are fully the responsibility of the customer regarding internal data, software, and configurations. The company does not bear any responsibility for the content of the data or the software installed on the servers, or for any modifications made to them.<\/p>\n

    Additionally, security and backups are entirely the customer’s responsibility. The customer must take regular backups of their data to ensure it is not lost, especially if they are not subscribed to one of our backup packages.<\/p>\n

    Our services are limited to providing the best performance and operational continuity for the website or server only, along with assistance in simple cases related to technical performance. As service providers, we do not bear responsibility for any malfunction or data loss if the customer has not taken the necessary precautions.<\/p>\n

    In case we receive any report of a violation of laws or usage policies, we will take immediate and firm action to protect all parties in accordance with applicable laws.<\/p>\n

    If there is an issue on the part of the data center related to the network or hardware, we will try to provide a replacement server as soon as possible. However, the customer is not entitled to request any financial compensation for issues that are not caused by our company.<\/p>\n

      Pirated materials or those published without the consent of the owners (videos, audio, books, etc.)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      Chat scripts\/dating\/social networking<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Link shortening\/scripts for tracking<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      Cryptocurrency or mining<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
